Liza Minnelli was born in Hollywood, California to father Vincente Minnelli and mother Judy Garland. Minnelli has a total of three Tony Awards, an Emmy Award, two Golden Globes and a Grammy Legend Award for her contributions and influence in the recording field, along with many other honors and awards. Having finished the Broadway show Liza's at The Palace.! in January 2009, which garnered her excellent notices, Minnelli is set to tour. Already established as a nightclub singer, and a musical theatre actress, she first attracted international attention for her dramatic performances in the movies The Sterile Cuckoo (1969) and Tell Me That You Love Me, Junie Moon (1970).
